Simple and fair. Here's the deal.

1. You must be 18 or older to use FoodCostIQ.
2. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
3. You may not use FoodCostIQ for illegal purposes.
4. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the software.
5. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. We reserve the right to update the product and pricing with reasonable notice.
7. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
8. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Warren County, Ohio.
